Here at Trillium Dental our philosophy is focused on providing premium dental health care to all of our patients. General Dentistry is what most people think about when they think of visiting the dentist. It involves a range of services that are designed primarily to help you prevent real dental issues from occurring. Here at Trillium Dental, that means stopping disease before it does irreparable damage. Our preventative services range from X-rays to simple oral hygiene education, teeth cleaning, sealings, periodontic checks, and oral cancer screenings. Overall health concerns are always taken into consideration. If we catch issues early, we can provide a range of possible solutions to fit your income and prevent far more expensive issues down the line.

As a part of your Ottawa community, we want you to thrive and your mouth says it all. That is why we offer teeth sculpting, spacing, porcelain veneers, teeth whitening, and more. We provide brighter smiles and higher spirits.
RESTORATIVE DENTISTRY
When a serious issue is found, your dentist might suggest that you use a range of restorative procedures to help your teeth and their supporting structures return or reach a healthier point. This can include more common procedures such as wisdom tooth removal, or dental restoration, but can also range to treatments for severe periodontal disease involving bone restructuring, skin grafts, and the placement of dental implants.
SEDATION
DENTISTRY
This is sometimes referred to as Intravenous Conscious Sedation or “sleep dentistry.” This is not entirely accurate since you are not asleep, as you are with general anesthesia. It will create a deeply relaxed state for patients who have extreme dental phobia or a very low pain threshold. You will need someone to bring you to your appointment and drive you home. It’s probably advisable to have someone stay with you until the effects of the IV sedation have completely worn off.
